Marketplace Delivery Model
Afrimarkethub is a marketplace. Vendors are usually responsible for preparing, dispatching and fulfilling customer orders, either directly or through delivery partners. Afrimarkethub may support order communications, tracking, customer service and dispute handling.
Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the vendor, product type, delivery address, courier, availability and checkout options shown at the time of purchase.
Delivery Areas, Charges and Timeframes
Available delivery areas, delivery charges and estimated delivery times should be shown before checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated as a guaranteed delivery date. If no specific delivery date is agreed, delivery should be completed within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, check order confirmations carefully and ensure someone is available to receive the order where required. Additional charges or delays may apply if delivery fails because incorrect information was provided or the customer was unavailable, where legally permitted.
Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If an order is delayed, missing, incomplete or damaged in transit, customers should contact support@afrimarkethub.com promptly with the order number and supporting evidence. We may contact the vendor or delivery partner to investigate. Customers should keep packaging, photographs and delivery records where possible.
Risk and Ownership
For consumer orders, risk in goods normally passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a person nominated by the customer. Ownership may pass according to the relevant vendor's terms and applicable law, usually after full payment has been received.
